Found the Hat I wanted it was a little small but they had the stretcher machine there that stretched it just a little bit and it fits perfect the customer service was wonderful and very knowledgeable

DJ and the team at this store bring creative and unique New Era hats to the forefront of the industry. Buffalo's best kept secret, but not for long! My favorite hat store in North America!

I was visiting home for the weekend and decided to stop in the store to grab some hats for myself and my kids. The selection was great, and Kirsten, the sales associate who helped me, was awesome. I will definitely be back the next time I come to Buffalo

I brought my boyfriend, fitted hat enthusiast, who has just moved to the area. Kirsty was so incredibly helpful and kind and she really went above and beyond to make sure he got the perfect fit! We ended up leaving with 2 fitteds, both steamed and curved a bit by Kirsty, and we’ll definitely be back. The store truly has what no one else does and staff to match!

Very cool Buffalo specific, Bills and Sabres, and other team caps. Staff is knowledge and friendly. If any of your existing personal caps are getting snug, bring them by and you can get them stretched!

Small shop with hats and apparel with many teams represented. It would have been nice if they had more historical or display items being it was the global headquarters but the guy working was extremely nice and my daughter found a cubs hat that we had never seen before.

Awesome hat store! Excellent selection of sports caps! Limited editions, exclusives, and just plain fun (Harry Potter Hedwig hat❤️)! Alternate color team hats and lots of Buffalo specific hats. Sales person was so kind and helpful! Was able to purchase several unique caps here. Highly recommend.
